We’ve laid the "white tub"

On April 27th, the Na Karmeli Residence project achieved an important milestone—it received its final approval permit. Construction of the elegant apartment building in the historic center of Mladá Boleslav was completed on schedule. New owners can therefore soon look forward to receiving their keys and moving into their new homes.‍

The severe January frost has limited outdoor work to a minimum, but indoors construction is progressing full speed ahead. We've started laying floors in section C and are continuing with the electrical wiring, painting, and tiling in all sections.

We've completed the roof and are finalizing the exterior plasterwork. We are currently laying tiles in the bathrooms and hallways.

In recent months, we’ve completed the installation of a contact insulation system in two sections, and we’re currently installing the roof cladding in section B.

We’ve installed formwork and reinforcement for the ceiling slab of the third floor of section C.

The ceiling slab of the basement is in place, and the concrete work on the first floor of section C is also complete. Geotextile protects the structure from direct sunlight to prevent the concrete from overheating.

We’ve installed formwork for concreting the ceiling slab on the first basement level.

We’ve completed and secured the construction pit. The foundation joint for laying the base concrete has also been prepared and stabilized.
