About

Timeless living in the city center

The Na Karmeli residential complex is composed of three buildings with a refined architectural style thats sensitively respond to their immediate surroundings, whether it’s the historical monastery with roots dating back to the 13th century or Škoda Auto’s modern Na Karmeli training center. The residential project also has a private courtyard full of lush greenery with a pleasant seating area exclusively accessible to residents.

Safe space full of greenery

Almost all of the residential units come with a cellar, but the option to purchase outdoor or indoor parking spaces for all units is a significant benefit.

Architects have made space for 56 units spread out over the three floors of each building. These come in floor areas from 36.2 m² to 119.8 m². Most offer sought-after layouts—one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms—but there are also smaller studio units and three-bedroom family apartments. The project stands out for its generous interiors—compared to standard residential developments, the apartments are larger, providing ample space for all your needs.

Quality facilities

French windows let in plenty of natural light and add a special charm to the apartments in Na Karmeli. They frame picturesque views of the surrounding area or the green courtyard. Most apartments are extended by a balcony or terrace, while those on the ground floor have access to their own large front garden. Your home in Na Karmeli will be defined by quality, from the craftsmanship standards all the way to the facilities.

A word by the architect

In designing the Na Karmeli Residence, our priority was to ensure that the peaceful and harmonious environment of the valuable site was not disturbed. Several architectural styles characterizing the historical development of Czech cities meet on the slopes of Karmel Hill in Mladá Boleslav, and modern architecture also has a place here. But only on the condition that the new building reflects its immediate surroundings in terms of scale, materials, and color scheme. Thankfully, all of this can be achieved without compromising on contemporary standards of urban living.
