Location

City with excellent accessibility

The historic center of Mladá Boleslav was and always will be an urban center of learning. It was once the domain of monks who founded a monastery here in the 13th century. Today, the tradition is being continued by Škoda Auto through its own training center with a university.

Charming atmosphere

Na Karmeli thus offers housing among quiet side streets that see minimal traffic, within comfortable walking distance to monuments, cultural institutions, offices, schools, playgrounds, and stylish shops and restaurants.

Do you wish to relax in nature?

Active life, close to nature

The nearby Štěpánka forest park, Radouč nature reserve with its squirrel burrows, SandMartin’s Holes 18-hole course, or rich network of bike paths are excellent places for active relaxation.

Transport accessibility

An hour from Prague

Mladá Boleslav is connected to Prague via the D10 highway, and is therefore an ideal city for relaxed living away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, all while offering plenty of opportunities for everything you need for a comfortable life.
